Yes the reciepient matches *@<a href="http://domain.com" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">domain.com</a>, i have also tried specific users in the ruleset in this case like <a href="mailto:user@domain.com" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">
