actually downloaded it from the cpan.org website, untarred, and ran "perl
Makefile.PL; make; make install" on the content. It's a viable workaround if
you want to try it and are in a hurry. Just keep in mind that you don't
get dependencies using this method, so you'll have to download Compress::Zlib
and compile it the same way, first.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

a problem with Net/CIDR.pm and a google search told me to install it
