SQL based black/white lists. An included file ‘outputfiles.php’
will create files if your using &bydomain white/black listing –
warning it will erase everything in your spam.bydomain directories before
creating new files. Use at your own risk. Its more of an admin interface
since there is no user authentication – just type in the address you want
