MailScanner issue after years

In order for the message to be kicked from milterout, mailscanner has to 
be triggered at least one time for a different message. You might have 
to send a message through the system to cause that to happen, otherwise 
it will just sit there in milterout as well.

Are you getting any logs about these messages at all?
