mailscanner not using all anti virus software

So you have

Virus Scanners = clamd Sophos

in MailScanner.conf, yet lint says

MailScanner.conf says "Virus Scanners = clamd"

Is Virus Scanners overridden in any of the /etc/MailScanner.conf.d/ files?
