This is a SpamAssassin question, however, the hit comes from the test
check_for_spf_helo_temperror in
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/SPF.pm. Is this loaded? I.e.
is there a

loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::SPF

line somewhere in your /etc/spamassassin/*.pre files?
