MailScanner[ ]: HTML disarming died, status = 13

Dear All,

I thought I had fixed this error by massaging the permissions.

But it still persists.... and won't go away... even with "777" on all 
directories...

Messages arrive with "Mailscanner suffered a Denial of service 
attack...." and the html contents removed.

Any input appreciated!
