MailScanner has detected definite fraud in the website at "youtu.be"

[jerry.benton at mailborder.com]

It is listed because it shows up in the Phishtank list. The phishing sites 
list in MailScanner is derived from the Phishtank list every few hours.

Is there any reason why youtu.be is listed in the phishing sites... does it 
have history..?

You can add "youtu.be <http://youtu.be> " to phishing.safe.sites.custom to 
whitelist it and then execute ms-update-phishing to pull it in to the new
