MailScanner 5.1.2 not working

type : systemctl edit mailscanner.service
And you get a clean page, that is the file : /etc/systemd/system/mailscanner.service.d/override.conf being created. 
 
I've optimized the start order to my setup and same should Koby do. 
Create an override and remove the mariadb.service in that setup. 
 
 
This is my personal override.  
# /etc/systemd/system/mailscanner.service.d/override.conf
[Unit]
After=network-online.target remote-fs.target rsyslog.service mariadb.service postfix.service clamav-daemon.service
Wants=network-online.target mariadb.service postfix.service clamav-daemon.service

@Shawn, 
In the example, you posted, remove maridb.service from Wanted. 
having it in After should be sufficient.

I'm not so sure that was the root cause, but I'll run tests on my end, just to be sure.
