Milter No DSN

It appears that all that was sent in the first conversation was just the
warning message to the postmaster.  The cleaned message didn't get
delivered either.

Do you have files showing up in /var/spool/MailScanner/milterout ?

What is the value of your Outbound Queue in your MailScanner configuration?
