Preventing Multiple HTML signatures

Hi,

We have been trying to prevent inserting signatures when replying in the
same email.

We have the following settings in MailScanner.conf

Attach Image To HTML Message Only = yes
Allow Multiple HTML Signatures = no

My sig file contains <img alt="MailScanner Signature orgname"
src="cid:image.png"></img>

orgname is the same as %org-name% in the MailScanner.conf

What ever I change in the sig file is reflected noramlly as intended, the
only problem is that it keeps signing the messages .
