ClamAV Perl module not found

Hi,
OpenSUSE Leap 15 with MailScanner 5.1.1 , Postfix 3.3.1 and perl 5.26, ClamAV 0.100.1
I have problem with clamAV module:

Oct 08 11:04:02 mail2 MailScanner[23932]: ClamAV Perl module not found
MailScanner -v:
missing Mail::ClamAV

When I try to install using CPAN:
Configuring C/CO/CONVERTER/Mail-ClamAV-0.29.tar.gz with Makefile.PL
The clamav version you are using is too old. Please upgrade to at least 0.95.1
No 'Makefile' created  CONVERTER/Mail-ClamAV-0.29.tar.gz
  /usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=site -- NOT OK
Failed during this command:
CONVERTER/Mail-ClamAV-0.29.tar.gz            : writemakefile NO -- No 'Makefile' created

Using rpm:
rpm -i perl-Mail-ClamAV-0.29-2.x86_64.rpm.1
error: Failed dependencies:
        perl >= 0:5.006001 is needed by perl-Mail-ClamAV-0.29-2.x86_64
