2 conditions in the rule and empty Sender

As I just wrote, I cannot whitelist 127.0.0.1 because of fetchmail.
So I whitelist so:
From:   127.0.0.1 and From: postmaster at example.com       no
From:   127.0.0.1 and From: MAILER-DAEMON at mail.example.com       no

The 1st rule works, the 2nd does not.
