[#FUN-993-50892]: Limit of sending emails per hour.

We have a domain that we limit sending your messages at 200 per hour.

Our doubt is: this value of 200, is the number of recipients to whom it sends? If it sends 5 messages with 20 recipients, will the value of 200 per hour be reached?
