Presumably this warning was from MailScanner running on some server that
processes mail on behalf of a recipient of your client's mail. Any
whitelisting would have to be done by the operators of that server. This
is not practical as there are probably hundreds if not thousands or more
recipients and thus many potential MailScanner installations involved.
You need to get a copy of the message with the warning, and if it is not
obvious to you what you need to do from that, post it here and we will help.
