init.d script for ubuntu 16.04

I just installed latest version of mailscanner.

The install process went fine, I went through configuration changes and
then when I went to restart MailScanner there was file in the init.d
directory.

I installed MailScanner on ubuntu 16.04.

Any help would be appreciated.
