Centos 7 + Postfix + clamd at scan

OK, so postfix works fine prior to mailscanner 5.0.6-4 / clam install.  

I am getting the following and I can't seem to find an answer to the problem
although it seems pretty clear that it is a permissions issue.

If anyone could enlighten me I would appreciate it :)
