opensuse leap 42.2 - help mailscanner instalation

Hi,

openSUSE LEAP uses systemd so you need to look at
/usr/lib/systemd/system/sendmail.service

Unfortunately I haven't used sendmail in a decade so can't help you much
beyond that.
