web site seems to be down

I did test from my LTE connection on my cell phone and the site is up
via T-Mobile USA.  I'll file a ticket with our University Networking
team to have them check our network IPS and ISP.

Can you change your dns to google (8.8.8.8) ?

It seems to me that you are using your ISP dns and that it’s blocking
the http://www.mailscanner.info url.
