MailScanner Scan Twice (Intergrate with Zimbra)

Sorry Sin.
I thought you wanted to check only incoming messages. To scan all
messages put "static:hold" in smtp_recipient_restrictions.cf before
"permit_mynetworks" and "permit_sasl_authenticated" like below:
...
static:hold
permit_mynetworks
permit_sasl_authenticated
permit_tls_clientcerts
...
