SpamAssassin installation failure

Follow up on this...
I installed on Debian 8 and MailScanner with and without the flags and
spamassassin installed successfully.
I did get the two dubious test failures each way, but spamassassin
successfully compiled and installed.
My MailScanner --lint test shows good.
SpamAssassin reported no errors.
