Phishing Server Change

All,

There is a new phishing update script available here:
http://phishing.mailscanner.info

Eventually, I am going to block access to the update files if this script is
not being used by your server. So, please update your scripts. This script
combines the safe and bad updates. The script will be updated once again in
the future for this issue, but it is not critical right now.
