Shouldn't group permission be set to mtagroup in V5 (same for
postfix:mtagroup instead of postfix:postfix in/var/spool/MailScanner/,
and clamav and MailScanner config files)?

Add apache to mtagroup if MailWatch is included in your stack, and use mtagroup where asked for group name.
