change %org-name% in multiple values?

That is correct if you want is to survive upgrades, but it does not
work for %variables%. Example:

MailScanner.conf

%org-name% = Foo
Watermark Secret = %org-name%-Secret

now read conf.d/

%org-name% = Bar


The %org-name% is now Bar, but Watermark Secret is still Foo-Secret.
