Updating SpamAssassin to 3.4.1 safe? And how do I update MailScanner?

If you are upgrading from MailScanner v5 to another v5 package, you can just install the new RPM. You can also use the install.sh script. If you are upgrading from v4 to v5, you need to use the install.sh script.
