Updating SpamAssassin to 3.4.1 safe? And how do I update MailScanner?

2 - I suggest using the released versions from https://www.mailscanner.info/downloads/ <https://www.mailscanner.info/downloads/> as GitHub tend to be a works in progress. The packages on the site have been tested.
