to_address, to_domain fields are empty help please!

I had postfix,mysql,postfixadmin+mailscanner working fine, so I put
MailWatch.pm 1.2.0-master login  to mysql database and web so   all looks
fine except the loggin to the database, some field do not loggin, enabling
loggin on mailwach.pm look this. same empty field are undef and NULL all
other field  are logged fine

Perl 5.14.2

For example to_address and to_domain ares blank in log table.
