The lstat() errors are permissions related. This has to do with your
“Run as User” and “Run as Group” in addition to the working
permissions of your /var/spool/MailScanner

Under v5 acrhitecture, you should be using mtagroup as the group and
have those permissions set appropriately on /var/spool/MailScanner.
