Question about the Deny Filenames section

Right now I have it set as  Deny Filenames = \.doc$ \.zip$ \.docx$

I want to make it a rule set as it stats I can so I can accept those docs from a specific person but deny everyone else..

Would it look like this?

From:                    test at test.com<mailto:test at test.com>
FromOrTo:       default        \.doc$ \.zip$ \.docx$
