{Disarmed} How to deal with this carefully crafted HTML spam

I’ve had people *not* drop PTR-less emails because they receive e-mail from clients in countries where PTR records are not easy to get for whatever reasons.

I do, however, agree completely that whenever possible they should be rejected at the MTA, not received at all.
