The rule is:
- if you change some %whatever% variable, and that variable is then referenced within another rule, you have to make sure that that other rule is repeated in your config files *after* the point where you defined %whatever% so that it uses the new definition of %whatever% and not the old one.
The first fifty percent of an engineering project takes ninety percent of the time, and the remaining fifty percent takes another ninety percent of the time.
