For RHEL 7/CentoS 7:
- Create a file named /etc/tmpfiles.d/clamd.mailscanner.conf with
d /var/run/clamd.mailscanner 0700 postfix postfix

- Create /etc/systemd/system/clamd at mailscanner.service with
.include /lib/systemd/system/clamd at .service

[Unit]
Description = Clamav scanner daemon for mailscanner

[Install]
WantedBy = multi-user.target
