There's another issue. With at least the debian install.sh on Ubuntu,
there are two unrar packages

unrar           1:5.0.10-1ubuntu0.14.04.1
and
unrar-free      1:0.0.1+cvs20071127-2

install.sh installs 'unrar-free' which doesn't identify itself as
version >= 4.0 and < 6.0. The one we want is 'unrar'.
