How to reject/detect emails claiming to be from my own domain?

In this case access.db must be e.g.

mailbox1 at example.com    OK
mailbox2 at example.com    OK
mailbox3 at example.com    OK
..  #all your possible senders
..
from:example.com           REJECT 550 Invalid sender
