Thanks for that, Jerry.
I confronted them with what you said. However, while they hava ceased to
claim that MailScanner doesn't log to /var/log/maillog, they insist that
they have checked and there's nothing wrong with the logging function on
the system.
Can you think of anything that might block MailScanner from logging
successfully to /var/log/maillog?
