Cannot test spamassassin, what is going on here?

make sure you're running the same configs by running as the same user that
Mailscanners is (the RunAs parameter in mailscanner.conf) and using the
same config so it's picking up the mailscanner.cf

spamassassin -t test.email -C /directory/where/mailscanner.cf/is
