v4.85.1-0 tarball beta

I tested this on FreeBSD. Give me some feedback if you try this out. I will move it to release 1 in about a week if all is well. Some minor things like the install guides will change, but none of the MailScanner code will change. Make sure you have bash, tar, gcc, make, perl5 installed first. Just extract and run ./install.sh
