View status error

After the upgrade to 4.85

Now when I check the status of Mailscanner I am getting

/etc/init.d/MailScanner: line 78: [: =: unary operator expected

Line 78 is

[ ${NETWORKING} = "no" ] && exit 0



Anyone got any Idea's
