Hi Ejaz,
I'm using the following settings:
Expand TNEF = yes
Use TNEF Contents = replace
...
TNEF Expander = /opt/MailScanner/bin/tnef --maxsize=100000000
These are very similar to yours and it's just running fine for me. In
your case I would try this:
Use TNEF Contents = add
So, if the receipient's got an MS Outlook you/she/he can take a look at
the contents of the winmail.dat an see if the pdf-file is viewable and
compare it to the extracted one.
