2 fold question

[Alex Neuman]

Clamavmodule used to be a (now deprecated) way to do clam scanning from
within perl, thus lessening the footprint, requirements, and "time to
scan". Nowadays - and since I believe clamavmodule hasn't been updated in
some time - people tend to use clamd as it only needs to load once.
