qfr2JAPluH011324: Non-ISO extended-ASCII text, with very long lines

Run the same command without the '-i' as a different magic set is used. 
  MailScanner runs both 'file' and 'file -i', so I suspect the former is returning 'executable' whilst the latter is not.
