Excluding recipients from all checks?

Hi,

is it possible to define some global list of recipients which will not 
have any checks performed for? I have the need to exclude some special 
accounts which must never have any false positives, no matter what ... 
The only way I could think of to implement this would be by creating 
special rule files for just about every check, disabling them for those 
accounts ... needless to say that the work to do this is way too big to 
actually do that ...
