Try using the latest TNEF.pm from the MailScanner GIT repository:

https://github.com/MailScanner/MailScanner/blob/master/mailscanner/bin/MailScanner/TNEF.pm

Even with this, I ended up turning off TNEF handling.  Something just isn't right, still.

I have whitelisted some domains but often it will quarantine as W/L Other because of winamil.dat.  I have TNEF turned off but yet it still blocks these messages.  It even says Dangerous No but still quarantines.  I can't figure out why.
