Could not parse Outlook Rich Text attachment

There is no setting called "User TNEF Contents".

If you check your logs you'll probably see MailScanner complaining about it.

Try adding:

Expand TNEF=no
Use TNEF Contents = no
Deliver Unparsable TNEF = yes
