Remove headers before MailScanner

Hello All,

I am working with a company that receives mail from it's headquarters. 
Headquarters does a terrible job of filtering email, so we decided to
setup a local server and redirect everything here for filtering.  So far
so good.

Each message is stamped with "Resent-From" and "Return-Path" of the
redirecting address.  I can strip those headers out, after MailScanner,
but really need them removed before.

Any ideas?
