Spamassassin issue

And have you checked that you have the mailscanner.cf symlink in
/etc/mail/spamassassin? That's how the spam.assassin.prefs.conf get sucked
into SA...
You likely run as root, so if something is up with the config, you'll
likely find your bayes and other SA stuff in /root/.spamassassin … have a
look there.
Also try first "MailScanner --lint" and then "spamassassin --lint" (might
want -D as well). Look gor/fix ettors;-)
