Quarantined message 13A82BF8DD.AF8F7 as it caused MailScanner to crash several times

This issue is already fixed in the latest version. https://github.com/akissa/MailScanner/blob/master/mailscanner/bin/MailScanner/Quarantine.pm#L189

You better upgrade.
