Update Clamav

Before I installed it from Mailscanner Website
"ClamAV 0.96.5 and SpamAssassin 3.3.1 easy installation package."
There for if I install the clamav-0.97.3.tar.gz from source will it be ok
too.

Should work as long as the conf's use the same paths - which work if you
installed it from source originally.
