Consequences of increasing email size from 16M to 25M

I just gotta chime in on this,
        !!!!!!!!!!! email is NOT a file transfer system !!!!!!!!

if I were in your shoes...
        1) you have a 25m ceiling imposed by the outsourced entity, fine.
        2) 15 to 20 meg seems to be the defacto standard, varies according to who's server
                your email goes through. (it's a courtesy thing)
        3) your students have to send mail through your systems before they go anywhere, impose YOUR limit.

bottom line... IMNSHO ... don't change a thing!
