"Always Include SpamAssassin Report" doesn't seem to like filename rule-sets

mailscanner calls Spamassassin by it's API so no need to run spamd (or
restart it )

Doc says it can be a ruleset and you're sure the envelope-from actually
contains the value within the ruleset for this?
